The Orca
Awareness Project
The project is a call to action PSA.
Inspired by the documentary Blackfish, Joey, Teon, and I came together to tell the story about an orca in captivity who only wants to be free and the little girl that wants to help.

Bellow are the concepts and early story boards I made for the girl character.
I was in charge of designing as well as animating her throughout the short.
Across the world in Italy, a boarding school teacher presented our short to her seven year old students. They were so touched by the story and characters, they drew pictures of the scenes and sent them to us!
