Fishy Thom

I have been drawing since I could hold a pencil and haven't stopped since. I was the quiet kid in the classroom. I held my notebook close and filled it with drawings of characters and dinosaurs, and each one had it’s own story.

 

Animation as a carrier had not occurred to me until I tried it myself. My first animation, cleverly called “Nose Dive” was simply a nose with skinny legs, jumping off a page. This simple animation sparked an intense drive in me. I want to create complete stories and characters that others can relate to and be inspired by.

 

The primary tools for my animation process include; Photoshop, Aftereffects, traditional mediums of animation, and 3D programs such as Maya and 3D Studio max. I strive to work with other creative and driven individuals in a team or studio. Together we can achieve great things!
